1. Overview

By visiting or purchasing from FloryaScents, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of our store means acceptance of any changes.

2. Products

All products listed on our store are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Product images and descriptions are as accurate as possible, but slight variations in colour may occur due to screen settings.

We clearly label our products as either original or inspired fragrances. Inspired fragrances are our own interpretations — they are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or licensed by the original brand.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and online bank transfers. Payment must be completed before an order is dispatched for non-COD orders. We are not responsible for failed transactions due to bank or network issues on the customer's end.

4. Orders & Shipping

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery times vary by location but generally take 3–7 business days across Pakistan. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.

Once an order is dispatched, a tracking number will be provided where available. FloryaScents is not liable for packages lost or damaged by the courier after dispatch.

5. Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 14-day return and exchange window from the date of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

• The product must be unused (at least 90% remaining) and in its original packaging
• Damaged or leaking items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence
• Refunds are processed within 3–5 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item
• Items purchased during sales or promotions may not be eligible for returns

6. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately after placing the order via WhatsApp or email.

7. Limitation of Liability

FloryaScents shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question. We do not guarantee that our website will be error-free or available at all times.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including logos, images, text, and design — is the property of FloryaScents and may not be reproduced or used without written permission.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved under Pakistani jurisdiction.
