Return & Exchange Period

  • We offer a 14-day return and exchange policy from the date your order is delivered
  • The return window begins on the day your order is received
  • Requests made after 14 days will not be eligible for return or exchange

Eligibility for Returns

  • Product must be mostly unused
  • At least 90% of the original content must remain
  • Item must be in its original packaging and condition
  • Proof of purchase is required

Florya Scents reserves the right to inspect all returned items before approving any refund or exchange.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are applicable only when all eligibility criteria are met
  • Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 working days
  • Delivery charges are non-refundable

Orders exceeding Rs. 5,000 are eligible for exchange only — refunds are not applicable on these orders.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are available within the 14-day return window
  • Customers are responsible for delivery charges incurred during the exchange
  • If the exchange is due to our error, all delivery charges will be covered by Florya Scents
  • The item must meet the same eligibility conditions as a standard return

Damaged, Leaking, or Incorrect Items

  • If your product arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share a clear photo of the item and its packaging via WhatsApp or email
  • Florya Scents will cover all delivery charges for returns or exchanges in such cases
  • A replacement or full refund will be arranged promptly at no cost to you
