Orders & Shipping
How long does delivery take?
We deliver across Pakistan within 3–5 working days after your order is confirmed. Major cities like Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad typically receive orders within 2–3 days.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp or email. You can use this to track your parcel with our courier partner in real time.
If you haven't received tracking details within 48 hours of placing your order, reach out to us on WhatsApp at 0312 3717762.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes! We offer Cash on Delivery across Pakistan. Simply select COD at checkout and pay when your order arrives at your door.
Is there a delivery charge?
Standard delivery charges apply and are calculated at checkout based on your location. Delivery charges are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Order modifications or cancellations can be requested within 12 hours of placing the order, provided it has not yet been dispatched. Contact us immediately on WhatsApp at 0312 3717762 and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Do you ship outside Pakistan?
At the moment, we ship within Pakistan only. International shipping is something we're actively working on — stay tuned to our social media for updates.

Are Florya Scents original designer perfumes?
No — Florya Scents offers inspired fragrances. Our perfumes are crafted to closely match the scent profiles of luxury designer brands, giving you a premium experience at a fraction of the price. We do not claim affiliation with any designer house.
How long does the fragrance last?
Our fragrances are formulated with high-quality aroma compounds that typically last 6–10 hours on skin, depending on your skin type, body heat, and how you apply it.
Tips for longer-lasting scent:
- Apply to pulse points — wrists, neck, and behind ears
- Moisturise skin before applying for better hold
- Avoid rubbing after spraying
Are your fragrances safe for sensitive skin?
Our fragrances are crafted with skin-safe ingredients. However, if you have known fragrance allergies or highly sensitive skin, we recommend doing a patch test on a small area of skin before regular use. If irritation occurs, discontinue use and consult a dermatologist.
How should I store my perfume?
To preserve the quality of your fragrance:
- Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight
- Keep the bottle tightly capped when not in use
- Avoid storing in bathrooms where heat and humidity fluctuate
- Ideally store in the original box
What is the bottle size?
Our perfumes are available in various sizes — the exact volume is listed on each product page. Please check the product description before placing your order.
Can I get a sample before buying a full bottle?
We occasionally offer sample sets and discovery kits. Check our shop for current availability, or message us on WhatsApp and we'll guide you to the best option for your preferences.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return and exchange policy from the date of delivery. To qualify, the product must be mostly unused (at least 90% of content remaining) and in its original packaging.

How do I initiate a return or exchange?

How long does a refund take?
Once your returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed within 3–5 working days. Your bank may take an additional 2–3 days to reflect the amount.
What if I received a damaged or wrong item?
We sincerely apologise if this happened. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a clear photo of the item and packaging. In such cases, Florya Scents will cover all return or exchange delivery charges and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Can I get a refund on an order above Rs. 5,000?
Orders exceeding Rs. 5,000 are eligible for exchange only — refunds are not applicable on these orders. This policy helps us maintain premium quality standards for all customers.

What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept:
- Cash on Delivery (COD) — available across Pakistan
- Bank Transfer — account details provided at checkout
- EasyPaisa / JazzCash — for quick digital payments
Is it safe to pay online on your store?
Yes. Our store is powered by Shopify, one of the world's most trusted e-commerce platforms. All transactions are SSL-encrypted and your payment data is never stored on our servers.
Will I get a receipt or invoice for my order?
Yes. An order confirmation is automatically sent to your email or WhatsApp number after your purchase. Please keep this as proof of purchase — it may be required for returns or exchanges.
Are there any hidden charges?
Absolutely not. The price you see on the product page, plus the delivery charge displayed at checkout, is the total you pay. There are no hidden fees.
